18-hole Robert Trent Jones Sr. Golf Course, Semi-Private, driving range, practice and chipping greens, five softball fields, swimming pool, four tennis courts, two children playgrounds. Total gross revenue of $1.9 million. Five managers with five full time and 41 seasonal employees.

General Manager 11/2004 - Present
● Improved operational and service standards by assembling a quality management team and holding them accountable to a high set of standards.
● Developed an excellent annual membership program.
● Increased rounds by 14.6% through effective tee sheet management, well priced annual season passes and email marketing.
● Improved Net Operating Income by 81% over 2004.
● Enhanced the club’s web site from previous versions.

Golf Course Superintendent 2002-11/2004
● Improved golf course to “best ever” conditions in one season, particularly quality of putting surfaces. This was accomplished utilizing proper cultural, fertility, chemical and irrigation practices.
● Managed the installation of Phase II of new irrigation system ($400,000).
● Reduced golf course maintenance budget from $850,000 to $640,000 over two years without sacrificing turfrass quality and playability.

● Provided membership with superior playing conditions, compared to previous years, through lower mowing heights, keen water management, frequent topdressing and attention to detail.
● Installed new Flowtronex pump station for new irrigation system in 2003.
● Supervised 14 staff members, including diverse nationalities to perform their duties more efficiently and precisely.
● Initiated aggressive tree management program by pruning and removing key trees to enhance playability and improve agronomic conditions.

NCR Country Club
Dayton, Ohio, 1996-1998 (Private Membership) Golf Course Superintendent – South Course 36-hole Dick Wilson Golf Course, private, 650 members, driving range, two practice greens, $1 million annual maintenance budget, 11 full time, 21 seasonal staff. Rated 80th in the country by Golf Digest.

● Coordinated with the USGA and supervised staff members for a successful 1998 U.S. Mid-Amateur Championship.
● Supervised 33 staff members during the peak season to ensure all assigned tasks were carried out efficiently and correctly.
● Managed the installation of drainage in 67 out of 80 bunkers on the North Course.
● Renovated the irrigation system on two greens to provide optimum coverage.
● Oversaw the renovation of 30 bunkers on the North course and 14 on the South Course.

● Supervised staff members daily.
● Performed all chemical applications on the Old Course.
● Constructed 2,500 sq.ft. lesson tee.
● Collected data on ball roll and penetration characteristics for Penn State research project.

● Assisted during topdressing , aerification, and irrigation repair.
